FREE Standard UK delivery

Currently we only ship within the UK and Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £50. A shipping fee will be charged for all orders below £50 value. All parcels for delivery within the UK should normally arrive within 2 to 7 working days of the order being placed. 

Standard UK delivery -  £3.50

‌Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.

Deliveries are currently available for mainland UK only.

RETURNS

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Just pop us an email at info@orrosiy.com and we will resolve it.

What should I do if I want to return an item?
We are sorry that you were not happy with your purchase from Orrosiy perfumes and are happy to refund any item if it is returned in an unopened condition, within 30 days of receipt.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We aim to refund all returns 14 working days after we have received the item at our warehouse.
